This romantic rainy elopement in Mount Rainier National Park is a perfect example of why rain on your elopement day doesn’t mean the end of the world! In fact, it’s pretty damn beautiful. Most importantly, Raychel and Erik didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits one bit. This was the day they were finally getting married and they were together out in the mountains adventuring and celebrating and that’s all that mattered. The wildflowers looked extra vibrant Overlooks and sweeping valleys don’t photograph well in the rain, but this rocky lake surrounded by wildflowers was made even more beautiful. Their smiles were evidence that the towering trees, numerous waterfalls, and brightly colored flowers more than made up for a change in plans. In the end, Raychel and Erik left this hike married to their best friend, and they couldn’t be happier!
