MEET YOUR COLORADO ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER TEAM
Hey! We’re The Foxes
We’re Brandon and Gabi and we’re an elopement photographer husband and wife team. That spacey-lookin’ thing is our 1972 Airstream, which serves as our home on wheels and our ticket to adventure. Our “home base” is Seattle, but we travel all over the Pacific Northwest, California, Utah, Arizona, Colorado and beyond…basically wherever there are mountains and lots of adventure.
Fun fact – we met each other and fell in love in Colorado! It’s kind of a special place to us and we love being able to document epic Colorado elopements 😉 Brandon grew up climbing and adventuring all over the incredible Rocky mountains and we return often for our own adventures, and to photograph the adventures of others!
COLORADO ELOPEMENT LOCATION SCOUTING
Imagine going off-roading deep into the Rocky Mountains on your wedding day! It’s one of our favorite ways to explore these mountains because the adventure is unreal and the views are unbeatable. We’ve both lived in Colorado during our early twenties and Brandon grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. His parent’s still live there so we visit Colorado every chance we get! I think it’s safe to say that we know the beauty of Colorado pretty well We’ve become masters at finding epic locations, without crowds of tourists, and we’ll help you nail down the perfect spot for your Colorado elopement.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH YOUR COLORADO ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER
When it comes to capturing the actual elopement, we couldn’t be more in our element. We started out photographing landscapes and adventure sports/lifestyle, so being out in the wilderness makes us feel right at home. We’ve learned how to work with couples in all variety of landscapes, from shady old-growth forests to windswept mountaintops and everything in between. Although you might be nervous or hesitant about being in front of the camera, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable. We give gentle directions to help you into beautiful, natural poses without actually “posing.” Blending genuine intimacy with the surrounding landscape is what we do best.

EXTRA info for planning your COLORADO ELOPEMENT
In Colorado you can self solemnize your marriage. That basically means you can get married without an officiant or witnesses. The upside to that is when you’re eloping, you don’t have to find an officiant that’s up for hiking with you to the back country. All you need is you and your photographers 😉
Visit Colorado’s County Clerk website for more information on self solemnizing and marriage license.
Pro tip – Rocky Mountain National Park is not the only place for incredible mountain views for your elopement. Some of our favorite places for epic mountain Colorado elopements are Indian Peaks Wilderness, San Juan National Forest, and Crested Butte!
